It's been a while since I've given one.  He's been at home since before Christmas.  He has been seeing between 1 and 3 therapists a day during the week.  I'm not sure what the start date was for that.  The therapists that he is seeing is for speech, occupational, and physical therapies.

Been a really long time, I see.  I'm back.  I promise this time I'll do a better job updating here.  Though, I'm sure hardly anyone even reads this.

Had a good swim practice today.  I swam the 15 minute warm up with my fins on plus the 800 swim/kick/tarzan/swim set.  I HATE kicking.  But, with the fins on, I had to lead the lane. Did it really live up to all the hype?  Yes, and yes.

It started out tame enough, though.  I got up early and got to work by 7, so that I could head over to Mere's by 3:30 and get on the road as early as possible.  I left work a skosh early.  We were able to be on the road by 4/4:15 and hit traffic just on the other side of the American Legion Bridge. I will be taking part on a triathlon relay team in the Savageman Triathlon.  My leg is the swim leg, which is 1.2 miles and I will be swimming in beautiful Deep Creek Lake.  The race is Sunday, but the entire weekend will be busy.
